Kelly Mulkern is a Certified ARISE Interventionist, Private Investigator, and Family Consultant with a decade of experience in the substance abuse and mental health care field. Currently residing in Prescott, AZ, Kelly travels nationwide assisting individuals & families. 

She started her career as a private investigator following a personal incident. When her parked car was hit and the local law enforcement couldn't assist, she took matters into her own hands. Kelly tracked down the responsible person, passing her findings to the police who then convicted the individual. This experience led her to pursue a career in private investigation, starting her journey in the field.

 

Kelly's goal is to continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families, using her unique combination of skills and experiences to drive positive change and promote recovery.

Michael is a retired Sergeant with extensive experience with the Major Crimes Task Force, Gangs/Narcotics/Fugitive Apprehension Team as well as the Sex Registrant Unit, juvenile investigations, and patrol

He has impressive training credentials from Rio Hondo College Police Academy. His background includes LAPD/FBI patrol officer and Pomona Police Department Detective/MCTF officer

Holds certifications in basic terrorism courses and K-9 Narcotics Detection School.

Paul Capraro has three decades of experience in Law Enforcement and Safety operations. He served at the Pomona Police Department, rising from Corporal to Chief. Expertise includes strategic management, community relations, employee evaluations, and leadership. Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA.
